Warranty Policy
The Mini Edit® provides a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers are required to notify us of any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@theminiedit.au
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, customers may select a similar product or receive a store credit valid for 12 months
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors, including but not limited to the use of harsh chemicals, incorrect cleaning methods, sharp objects, or general wear and tear. All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must meet our warranty criteria before any replacement or credit is approved.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Mini Edit®, we want you to shop with confidence.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
Final Sale Items
All international orders, as well as sale and clearance items, are considered for final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All return and exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility. Policy terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
